Welcome to GAC-OBC

OBC Merges with GAC

Following a strong and healthy three-year strategic alliance with global shipping, logistics and marine services provider GAC, we are pleased to announce that OBC will be merged with GAC with effect from 31st March 2008. To the personal and highly professional service we have always sought to provide, you can now add a global dimension - a shipping network that is present in over 1,000 locations worldwide.

The company will be rebranded as GAC-OBC and the current Managing Director, Peter Cole, will continue in that role. Bill Brough and John Wignall will also continue as non- executive Directors for the next two years to ensure a smooth transition for all OBC's customers and staff.

Established in 1956, GAC (www.gacworld.com) provides an integrated shipping, logistics and marine services provider with nearly 300 offices worldwide, employing more than 8,000 people. We believe you will benefit from synergies gained from GAC's global connections and the addition of OBC's strong presence in the UK, The Netherlands and the US Gulf Coast where OBC has branch offices.

We look forward to continue to deliver innovation and exceptional service you have come to expect from us.

Peter Cole
Managing Director, GAC-OBC
